2 each Sour dough bread (toasted with mayo)
2 tbl Honey Mustard
1 tbl Mayonnaise
8oz Baloney (sliced & pan seared )
1 tsp Salt & Pepper
1 oz Caramelized onion's
1 ea Cheddar Cheese Place cheese in between the baloney.
Sear the two pieces of baloney and season with salt & pepper on flat top until hot.
Toast sour dough on flat top with butter.
Put mustard on the bottom and mayonnaise on the top.
Place your caramelized onions on top of the bread that has the mustard.
Then add the baloney
Close sandwich and cut at an angel
Place sandwich 6 o'clock - fries 12 o'clock
