Sauce Ingredients (5-7 people)
10 Green Tomatoes
1 bunch of cilantro
1 pinch of salt
1 Chile Jalapeno deveined
Blend all ingredients for the sauce and add 1/4 cup water to the mixture then place it in a sauce recipient to server. The consistency should be a little thick, all ingredients must be ground and mixed perfectly.
Ingredients for taquitos
10 White Corn Tortillas
2 cups of oil
1 pound of raw shrimp
1 cabbage in salted water (let stand for at least 15 minutes before serving)
Place raw shrimp on the corn tortillas and form a taco shaped flute.
When all taquitos are rolled, fry them in a deep fryer or in a pan with enough oil to cover the taquito until both sides are crsipy.
When serving this dish, place some of the sauce(previously prepared) on the bottom of the plate, then four shrimp tacos on top of the sauce and on top of the taquitos add the cabbage (previously remove water). You can add some lemon to decorate and raw chopped onion to taste.
