Jambalaya

Ingredients:

4 pounds of Boston Pork cut into bite size

1 pound of sliced smoked sausage
8 cups of water
2 cups of chopped onions
2 cups of chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup of La hot sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup kitchen bouquet
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
3 teaspoons of salt
3 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning

6 cups of rice

Directions:

Cook pork in the 8 cups of water until tender
boil sausage in separate pot, drain, then add to pork
add all other ingredients except rice cook for 20 minutes
bring water to a boil, add rice, lower heat and cook for 20 minutes until rice is cooked.
Serve with slaw, potatoes and garlic bread.
