Federal prison for man who stole body armor

An East Tennessee man will spend six months in federal prison after he stole military body armor from a Jefferson City plant.

Timothy Warren Mann stole 500 protective vests from the BAE plant in Morristown over a six-month period in 2012 and 2013 and started selling them at gun shows to the public.

After he's released from prison, Mann will be under house arrest for six more months and two years probation.
