KCSO: Two arrested for West Knox County residential robbery

Deputies with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office arrested two robbery suspects at a North Knoxville motel on Sunday night.

The sheriff’s office said John Wesley Harden and Tamara Marie Cagle are responsible for a residential aggravated robbery on Friday in West Knox County.

Harden, 34, is charged with aggravated robbery. He has a criminal history, which includes theft, theft by shoplifting, driving while privilege revoked, aggravated burglary, resisting, simple possession, public intoxication, custodial interference, criminal impersonation, forgery, criminal trespass, aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, vandalism and evading arrest.

Cagles, 32, is charged with aggravated robbery.

Information gathered since Friday’s robbery led law enforcement officers to the Scottish Inn at 201 Callahan Drive. Deputies arrested Harden and Cagles at the motel around 8:46 p.m. Sunday.

Authorities are holding Harden and Cagle in the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility. Harden has a $67,000 bond, and Cagle has a $35,000 bond.
