Suit against Holly Bobo prosecutors to be heard

(WSMV) Prosecutors in the Holly Bobo murder case have a new court fight on their hands.

Shayne Austin, a suspect who made a deal with the state in exchange for his cooperation, has filed a lawsuit against the state.

According to his attorney, prosecutors are trying to throw out the agreement and are planning to indict Austin, even though he's held up his end of the deal.

A judge in Decatur County will hear arguments in the case on Tuesday.

Two other men have been charged with kidnapping and murder in the case.

Bobo was 20 when she disappeared from her family's rural home near Parsons on April 13, 2011. Investigators say her body has not been recovered.
