A Knoxville crematory at the center of controversy for years will continue business after another legal victory.
Wednesday, a Knox County judge ruled the city council vote that approved the crematory at Gentry Griffey Funeral Chapel was legal.
Some residents have protested the crematorium since it was built back in 2011. They say they're concerned about pollution and the building process.
It's Knoxville's first crematory and the funeral home's lawyer says they have now won three legal battles.
Arthur Seymour, the lawyer for the crematory, said he does not know if the Fountain City residents will appeal this latest ruling.
