Fire crews respond to cabin fire in Pigeon Forge

SEVIER COUNTY - Pigeon Forge fire crews put out a cabin fire that broke out Saturday afternoon.

According to the Pigeon Forge Fire Department, crews were sent out to 434 West Mill Creek Road around 3:45 p.m. on a residential fire call.

The fire at the cabin burned out, but spread to the woods behind the cabin. The department said it has contained that fire and no other buildings in the area are being threatened.

The cabin was a total loss. The department said it was unsure if its a residential or rental property and is investigating the cause of the fire.
