Knoxville ranked the safest driving city in the south

Good driving, Knoxville!

Allstate Insurance Company released its Best Drivers Report on Tuesday, and the city ranked as the safest driving city in the company's southern region, which includes Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. The city also ranked 27th among the country's 200 largest cities in terms of car collision frequency.

According to the report, the average driver in Knoxville will have a wreck every 11 years or so.

Allstate listed Fort Collins, Colorado as the best driving city in the country.

  2. Chattanooga, TN
  3. Lexington, KY
  4. Louisville, KY
  5. Nashville, TN
