KNOXVILLE - An East Tennessee native came back home for a free concert Thursday night. Sugarland’s Kristian Bush is one of many artists in the Sounds of Spring concert series at the Pinnacle at Turkey Creek.
Bush was born in Sevierville and is the great grandson of A.J. Bush, the founder of Bush Brothers and Company.
He's returned to East Tennessee for multiple concerts, including Dolly Parton's Smoky Mountains Rise telethon after the November wildfires.
In addition to the music at the concert series, there's food from local restaurants, prize packs and raffles. A portion of the proceeds go to support the Boys and Girls Club of the Tennessee Valley.
