Warm Brie And Pear Tartlettes

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs Frozen Peas

0.5 cups Heavy Cream

3 Tbsp. Butter

1 Tsp. Salt

1 Tsp. Black Pepper

Directions:

Boil peas in a pot of lightly salted water and cook for 8-10 minutes until peas are tender. Drain peas and transfer to a large container for immersion blender or standard blender. Add cream, butter, salt and pepper to peas and process until blended, leaving small pieces of peas. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Ingredients:

24 mini phyllo tart shells

1/4 lb Brie cheese

1 ripe pear, diced

1 Tbs dried thyme

2 Tbs honey

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 350. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and arrange tart shells on pan. Cut brie into 24 chunks to fit into tarts. Dice pear into a small dice and sprinkle over Brie followed by a sprinkle of thyme. Drizzle tart with honey. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and tarts are golden.
