Grass-Fed Beef Spaghetti Squash


1 Large Spaghetti Squash

1 Pound Grass-fed Ground Beef

1 Large Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes

1 Small Can Tomato Sauce

1/4 Cup Diced Onion

1 Clove Garlic

1/4 Cup Chopped Basil

1/4 Cup Chopped Oregano

Cheese Topping:
1/4 Cup Goat Cheese, Chopped Oregano, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes.


Bake Whole Squash for 35-45 Minutes at 350 until Golden and Tender.  Slice in Half and remove seeds, then with a fork pull out Spaghetti. Meat Sauce-  Sauté Ground Turkey, Onions and Garlic in Skillet until cooked through,  Add Canned Tomatoes, Herbs, Salt, Black Pepper, cook for 5-10 minutes.
