Convicted: Foust receives life sentence for double murder

(WBIR - Knoxville) A Knox County jury has convicted a man for his part in the deaths of two people.

It took that jury two hours Thursday to find Benjamin Foust guilty of felony murder. He received a life sentence with the possibility of parole. Foust, along with Teddie Jones and Ashley Tanner, were accused of killing two people and then trying to set their house on fire in 2011.

The two victims were Eric Marsh, the stepfather of Jones, and Dena Baisden. Both Jones and Tanner already entered guilty pleas and are awaiting their sentencing. Foust will be back in court December 6th to determine whether he will get additional time for attempted robbery and arson.
