Show must go on: Children's Choir performs during power outage

(WBIR - Oak Ridge) An East Tennessee children's choir wouldn't let a power outage stop it from performing Sunday afternoon.

The Sound Company, a children's choir based in Oak Ridge, was scheduled to perform their fall concert at The Grove Theater when the power went out.

After about a 30 minute delay, the more than 100 singers took the stage for a modified "old school" style concert.

With no lights and no sound system, the choir presented its "Just Sing!" performance, which its director joked was an ironic title given the circumstances.
