Statewide endangered child alert issued for 8-month-old

A statewide Endangered Child Alert was issued Thursday morning for an 8-month-old out of Dekalb County.

A statewide Endangered Child Alert was issued Thursday morning for an 8-month-old out of Dekalb County. 

Xavier Billings was last seen on Nov. 10 with his biological parents, Andrew and Adriana Billings, after they fled the scene of an accident. 

Authorities then found a mobile meth lab inside their vehicle, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. 

There are active warrants out for both parents for manufacturing methamphetamine and aggravated child abuse. 

Adriana Billings, 19, has brown hair and green eyes and is about 5 feet tall. Andrew Billings, 29, has blonde hair and blue eyes and is 5' 6" tall. 

TBI said they may be in a 2005 maroon Nissan Sentra with Tennessee tag 2A3-4N4.
