A jury has been seated for the trial of one of two brothers accused of gunning down a sheriff's deputy and his ridealong.
Despite a statement by Judge David Hayes earlier this week, jurors in the Leon Houston murder trial will not be sequestered.
Jurors will go home each evening and will have weekends off for the case, which is expected to last two weeks.
The jury was seated Tuesday afternoon. They'll have Wednesday off and start hearing opening arguments on Thursday morning.
Houston and his brother, Rocky, are accused in the death of Dep. Bill Jones and his ridealong Mike Brown in May of 2006.
Previous trials for both brothers have ended in mistrial.
