Roads closed in Sevier and Blount Counties

According to dispatchers, several roads in the area are closed due to heavy rain.  Earlier, a Bount County rockslide covered the roadway on Old Walland Highway just after Wesley Woods.

Here are a list of the roads closed:

Blount County

• Carr's Creek 
• Helton

Butterfly's Gap and Old Walland Highway are now open.

Sevier County

• Jones Cove at Wilhite
• Boogertown at Upper Middle Creek
• Old Sevierville Pike at East Neals Road
• River Divide at Henderson
• Walden's Creek
• Sharp Hollow at Walnut Grove, Rainbow Rd., South Rogers, and Ghost Creek
