A Monroe County nurse is suing her former employer for $1 million after she was allegedly sexually harrassed.
Jessica Shell worked at Sweetwater Hospital in 2007. She claims more than one colleague made sexual advances and comments toward her, including the CEO of the Sweetwater Hospital Association Scott Bowman.
Shell says other defendants in the suit failed to stop the harrassment. She also claims she was fired after reporting the accusations.
The case is set for trial in May 2010.
