The live-in girlfriend of a man who was found dead in his Knox County home this weekend is now facing murder charges. Vicky Perry, 50, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Roe Tolliver, 77. Knox County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Martha Dooley said Tolliver's nephew, who lived next door, became concerned when he hadn't seen his uncle for two weeks. He broke into a side window of Tolliver's home on Deaderick Road and found his uncle's body. An autopsy revealed Tolliver died from multiple stab wounds and blunt force trauma. Detectives located Perry in Strawberry Plains and arrested her on theft charges after they found articles missing from Tolliver's house in her possession. She was charged with his murder after his autopsy. Investigators said Perry told them she had recently argued with Tolliver. She is behind bars at the Knox County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
