It's unlikely residents in the tri-cities will get federal help following last week's severe flooding.

Flooding in Washington County damaged several homes. It even washed one house from its foundation and caused roads to buckle.

Residents have started repairs on their homes, and the county is hauling away debris.

The county mayor says it's not likely FEMA will come through with financial assistance, but he says his office is working on two possible programs that could make money available to victims.
