Tim Meadows was a skit staple on Saturday Night Live for years. One of his characters was Leon Phelps, The Ladies Man, and this is where the headline comes from.
It is also the voice that I use A LOT around the newsroom. Even Photographer JJ was nice enough to inform Meadows of this.
If you are not an SNL fan, you may have seen him in some movies and on TV, he has a bunch of reoccurring roles on sitcoms.
On his first trip to Knoxville, it seems Meadows has not gotten out much, but that's cool. He's got a couple of days here. He's performing over at Side Splitters out near Cedar Bluff. Check it..while I pour some "Courvoisier."
