Loved ones of James Ross Lane, Jr. knew he loved motorcycles and so to honor him, they enlisted the help of a Cookeville Hearse Company with one last ride on a motorcycle..sort of.
The Tombstone Hearse Company has a special motorcycle/hearse combination which the family used to take Lane to the cemetery.
"He had made the comment that when he passed away he would like to go out on one last motorcycle ride," says family member Fred DiGregorio. "So this was the perfect opportunity to take advantage of that and to get this hearse to honor that and take him on his last ride.. we're really proud of that and excited that he's going to get the opportunity."
