A man who owns a 100-foot tree house that he opened to the public in Cumberland County says the state fire marshal has shut it down.

We first told you about Horace Burgess' amazing structure late last year on Live at Five at Four.

He says the so-called "ultimate man cave" has been there for decades and usually gets a big Labor Day weekend crowd.

But now he says the fire marshal has found violations, including no handrails and steps that are too short, so the tree house on Beehive Lane in Crossville won't be open this weekend.

We'll keep you updated on its future.
