The man accused of fatally stabbing a West Tennessee family has officially been charged in the case.
Nashville police say 41-year-old Craig Garber killed a 14-year-old boy, his mother and grandmother inside their home early Sunday morning.
The boy's 9-year-old sister was able to escape and call for help.
When officers arrived at the home, they found Garber suffering from self-inflicted stab wounds.
Officials have charged Garber with "criminal homicide."
He is currently hospitalized in stable condition. He'll be transferred to jail when his condition improves.
