A UT research institute will soon have a new home in Downtown Knoxville.
The National Defense Business Institute has outgrown its space at the Stokely Management Center on campus. Now, it plans to move to a renovated office building with space for up to eight consultants on the 600 block of Gay Street. Four or five permanent employees will work there as well.
