An East Tennessee school battling back from accreditation problems is losing its dean.
On Wednesday, LMU announced that Duncan Law School Dean Sydney Beckman has received leave for research for the rest of the academic year. The school says he will remain tenured.
The American Bar Association denied LMU accreditation last December. The school has re-applied.
