Oxford, OH (Sports Network) - Majok Majok recorded a game-high 21 points as
the Ball State Cardinals cruised by the Miami-Ohio RedHawks, 82-62, in Mid-
American Conference action at Millett Hall.
Majok was two rebounds shy of a double-double in the Cardinals' (8-10, 2-4
MAC) victory. Jesse Berry added 20 points, while Chris Bond recorded 16
points, seven boards, five steals, and four assists. Jauwan Scaife chipped in
14 points and seven assists as Ball State snapped a four-game losing streak.
For the RedHawks (7-11, 2-4), Will Felder added 14 points and Quinten Rollins
chipped in 12 points. Reggie Johnson had 10 points off the bench as Miami
lost its third consecutive game.
Ball State shot 48.1 percent from the floor in the first half, including 6-
of-11 from long-range, en route to a 34-29 advantage before the break.
The Cardinals continued their stellar shooting after the break, making 68
percent of their field goal attempts and holding Miami to a mere 2-of-11 from
beyond the arc in the second half.
Ball State dominated the boards, 37-17, and outscored Miami in the paint,
42-30.
