Four young men are now behind bars, paying for their part in the drive-by shooting death of Alisha Quillen. The 19-year-old was killed July 28th in South Knoxville. Four of the six accused were sentenced Tuesday. As part of a plea agreement, the four men pleaded guilty to facilitation of second degree murder.

The agreement carried an eight year sentence, but it was up to the judge to decide whether they would serve it or receive probation. Colin Chamberlain and Charles Balch each got eight years in prison. Aaron Lawless will serve six months in jail and the rest of his term on probation. Kenneth Bruce will serve one year in jail with the rest on probation. Bruce's attorney says the sentence is reasonable.

"He knew he deserved punishment. I mean, he's going to live with this the rest of his life. He had initially turned down going with these boys, unfortunately he eventually went, and he's got to atone for that," said Bruce Poston, Bruce's attorney. Christopher McNew and Christopher Biesczc are also accused in the drive-by shooting. Their cases have been sent to the grand jury for possible indictments, which could come next week.
