Major General Gus Hargett announced orders Friday for the 1175th Transportation Company with units stationed in Jacksboro, Tullahoma and Brownsville.
The mobilization orders mean three Tennessee National Guard units will soon be deployed.
SSgt. Scott Bullman says he believes his unit will be headed to Iraq or Kuwait for a year.
It will be his third deployment to the Middle East, including a tour during Desert Storm.
SSgt. Bullman says he's most concerned about leaving his two young sons behind, but he's worried about his own safety, too.
"Anybody that wouldn't worry is asking for trouble," Bullman said. "Yes, I worry about my safety and the safety of my fellow soldiers."
During the last deployment, Congressman Lincoln Davis recognized members for their efforts.
They drove more than 2.3 million miles transporting heavy equipment between Kuwait and Iraq.
More than 11,000 members of the Tennessee Army and Air National Guard have been deployed since 9/11.
During that time period, two members of the 1175th died in Iraq.
