Two toddlers in Texas videotaped smoking marijuana will remain in foster care while courts try to find a relative suitable to care for them.

The two-year-old and four-year-old are seen on tape being taught by two teens how to smoke pot. One of the teens is an uncle to the boys. Both teens are in Tarrant County jail.

The boys' mother was sleeping when the tape was made in February. She was not arrested.

The tape was found by police searching for evidence in a burglary investigation. Another teen who made the video was also arrested.

The children's grandmother says she wants to care for the boys.

A judge ruled yesterday that the boys remain in foster care while officials continue looking for appropriate relatives who can take over.
