The attorney for the man accused of killing Johnia Berry is working to draw another "person of interest" into the picture.
In a flurry of 19 motions filed in court, attorney Greg Isaacs is seeking any information connecting 24-year-old Noah Cox to the murder.
Isaacs represents 22-year-old Taylor Lee Olson. In late September, Olson was arraigned on charges he fatally stabbed Johnia Berry and wounded her roommate in December of 2004.
Isaacs also filed a motion Friday to suppress DNA evidence gathered from Olson, on the grounds that Olson should have had access to an attorney's advice before consenting to give a DNA sample.
