Development of Brownlow school to move forward

A new e-mail from developers hints that tenants could soon settle into condominiums at the old Brownlow School building.

In October, a number of units in the historic school in North Knoxville were auctioned.

Buyers were warned that if the sales did not go well, the project may stall.

Ten News has learned developers informed those buyers the project will go forward. A formal announcement is planned for next week.
