Alcoa police released video of two airline pilots now charged with public intoxication. One of the pilots also faces an indecent exposure charge after "mooning" Alcoa Highway.

The video shows pilot Jeffrey Leon Saltis, 43, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, drop his pants just before walking out of camera view.

Both Saltis and his co-pilot, Michael Cody Etzel of Richmond, Virginia, face charges of public intoxication.

Police responded to Alcoa Highway at around 6:30 p.m. Friday, after employees of the El Sazon Mexican Restaurant refused to serve the pilots any more alcoholic beverages.

On the tape, Saltis can be heard taunting the arresting officer with foul language. Saltis also says the two pilots were scheduled to fly the very next morning.

"He's [the arresting officer] happy we're going to jail. He can't wait until we pay the fine," said Saltis. "He's gonna be rejoicing when 50 people tomorrow don't make their connection."

Alcoa Police Captain Phillip Dunn says the department contacted airline United, as it is a matter of public safety. Dunn says the airline is sending an investigator to Alcoa on Wednesday.

Police also contacted the airport authority, which grounded the pilots but did not cancel or delay any flights the following day.

At another point on the tape, Saltis can be heard saying he deserved a ticket instead of being arrested.

"What did I do?... Yeah, I exposed my butt. Oooh," said Saltis. He continued, "That's a ticket, but not this [arrested]."

Saltis said he should pay a $200 ticket instead of an arrest, at which point Etzel replied laughing, "Well maybe you had a big [buttocks] nobody wanted to see."

Saltis then doubled his self-suggested fine to $400.

The tape also shows Etzel asking the officer if they can stop at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant while being transported to the police department.
