A 12-year-old boy was airlifted to the hospital after being injured in a four-wheeler accident Wednesday.
Campbell County dispatchers said the accident happened on Woolridge Pike in the Newcomb area.
The boy was taken to Jellico Hospital via LIFESTAR. The exact nature of the his injuries aren't known. No one else was hurt.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
