A Knoxville woman is facing charges after throwing a knife at her 17-year-old son Saturday.
Knoxville police responded to 3517 Selma Avenue around noon. Officers said Lutheria Grady and her son were arguing when she threw a knife at him. According to authorities, it punctured his side.
Grady has been charged with aggravated assault. Her son's injuries are considered serious, but non-life threatening.
