Zucchini Hummus

Naked Foods: Zucchini Hummus


2 medium Zucchini

1 cup Chickpeas

3 tbsp Tahini

Juice from 2 lemons

1/4 cup Water

1 clove Garlic, or Garlic powder

Himalayan Pink Salt

1 tsp Paprika

1/2 tsp Cumin


Roast Zucchini in Oven at 350 until fully cooked through, slice off ends, then allow them to cool.
While the Zucchini is in oven go ahead and blend all ingredients in Food Processor.
After Zucchini is cool add it to the mixture in food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve with Raw Veggies or your Favorite Healthy Cracker!
