Police: man killed in wreck was using laptop while driving

Authorities investigating a fatal crash in California say they found a dead man's laptop computer in the wreckage. It was still running.

They believe the man was using the computer while driving. It was plugged into his car's cigarette lighter.

The man's car crossed into oncoming traffic near Yuba City yesterday and collided with a Hummer. The couple inside the Hummer escaped with just bumps and bruises.

The road about 30 miles north of Sacramento was closed for about two hours.
