Mother discovers bodies of father, 2 children in Maryland woods

Police in Barnesville, Maryland, say a mother has found the bodies of her two young children and their father after the man called her threatening to harm them. The discovery was made in a wooded area. The mother had called police to report a possible suicide, and when officers arrived, she could be heard screaming. Montgomery County police say the man was apparently distraught over his relationship with the woman. Officials did not say how the three, a 35-year-old man, three-year-old girl and one-year-old boy, died. The deaths came a week after a man and his four young children were found dead in a townhouse about 20 miles away in what's being investigated as an apparent murder suicide. The mother is still missing.
