An Ohio judge has ordered a police officer accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend held on $5 million bond.
Bobby Cutts was expressionless when a judge gave the order during a hearing this afternoon, standing behind a window separating him from a courtroom.
His girlfriend, Jessie Davis, was missing for about a week before her body was found in a park Saturday. Cutts is the father of her son, and Davis' relatives have said he is the father of the baby girl she was due to deliver July 3rd.
Cutts has been charged with two counts of murder.
A former high school classmate of Cutts -- who's accused of lying to investigators about the case -- was ordered held on $500,000 bond. Myisha Ferrell is charged with a count of obstruction of justice.
