Truck drives under 18-wheeler, kills one injures two

(Pineville, Ky.) Kentucky State Police received a call around 2 p.m. of a two vehicle collision involving an eighteen wheeler in Bell County. Troopers responded and upon their arrival they notified post that it was a fatality.

Preliminary investigation indicates that Anthony Baker was operating a 2011 GMC pick-up truck while traveling north on U.S.25E when he drove underneath an eighteen wheeler. Anthony Baker, along with Lisa Hoskins were transported to Pineville Community Hospital. Lisa Hoskins was later flown to the University of Tennessee Hospital. Her condition is not known at this time. The third passenger in the vehicle, Aaron Baker was pronounced dead at the scene. The operator of the eighteen wheeler, Kenneth Wirt Jr. was not injured in the collision.
