Crews recover a body at Cherokee Lake in Jefferson County. 2/20/12
Update
According to Jefferson County Sheriff Bud McCoig the victim has been identified as 23-year-old David Rivera of Knoxville.
An Autopsy is being performed. It has been ruled an accidental drowning.

Emergency responders say they recovered a body from Cherokee Lake in Jefferson County
The county's rescue squad and New Market Fire Department responded to Cherokee Lake shortly after seven Sunday evening.
They say they recovered the body of a male believed to be in his early twenties.
The rescue squad captain says crews were on the scene for more than an hour before divers found the body.
Crews are still trying to figure out exactly what happened.
A woman who was at the lake with the victim didn't speak English, making it difficult for crew to get details.
The sheriff's office is still working to identify the victim's family members.
