Over the past several months, John and JJ have discovered unique places along Tennessee's trails and byways. In London, Kentucky, they've also taken a unique trip. But not on four wheels.
Bill Vaughn, co-owner of Cumberland Airboats LLC, had the two along for a ride up the Rockcastle River (located off I-75, exit 49). Rain couldn't detour this adventure.
Cumberland Airboats cover areas along the Rockcastle River, as well as the Cumberland River near the beautiful scenery of Cumberland Falls.
Guided airboat rides cruise at approximately 35 miles per hour, in water as shallow as 6 inches deep.
