TN State Fire Marshall: 40 people have died so far this year from a fire-related death

Rural Metro and Anderson County fire departments responded to a house fire in North Knox County around seven Sunday night..
Five units from Rural Metro and one unit from Anderson County have responded to a fire on 1201 Gamble Drive in Heiskell.
Authorities said over 80 percent of the house is on fire. Firefighters are still on scene extinguishing the flames. Officials said no one was injured in the house fire. This fire has displaced the two adults who lived in the home.
A spokesperson from Rural Metro said authorities are still unsure what caused the fire. It was called in originally as a tree fire.
