Tennessee Vol fans paused Friday to remember a fellow fan who lost his life.

20-year-old Isaac Grubb fell 45-feet to his death at the Georgia Dome on August 31 during the UT v. NC State game in Atlanta.

Tennessee students organized a candlelight vigil for him. The flames from their candles burned alongside the UT torchbearer in Circle Park.

Grubb was a student at Pellissippi State, but UT fans say he was still a Vol.

"Life is very special and we just think that it's something that need to happen, and even if he didn't go here, it really doesn't matter to us. We just want to support his family and to be here for them," said UT student Colin Skinner.

The reason for Grubb's fall remains under investigation.
