The driver of a car that struck a semi-truck while heading the wrong way on the interstate has been identified.
According to a KPD press release, Lauren Elizabeth Steele of Raccoon Valley has been charged with dui, reckless endangerment, one-way road violation, and implied consent.
The 22-year-old is being held on a $2,000 bond.

Two drivers escaped injury Tuesday morning following a wrong way crash on Interstate 640.
Just after 3:30 Tuesday morning police were alerted of a driver heading in the opposite direction on Interstate 640 near Clinton Highway.
Minutes later the car struck a semi-truck on I-640 west near the on-ramp from Broadway.
Both drivers were able to walk away from the crash, uninjured.
The driver of the car was arrested for driving under the influence.
