More than 34,000 people in Knox County have voted early for this election.
Knox County Election Officials said as of Monday night, 34,221 people have cast their ballots during the early voting period.
This number is about 10,000 people less than the approximately 45,000 people who voted in Knox County during the Republican primary in march.
Early voting continues until November 1.
