Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam will wrap up budget hearings this week.
Despite improving state revenues, Haslam has asked state departments to develop plans for a five percent spending cut as a fallback.
The last day of the hearings include agencies involved with Tenncare, the Department of Correction, and higher education.
