Knox County detectives say they've tracked down a driver accused of hitting two teenagers in a go-cart.
26-year-old Benjamin Norton has received a misdemeanor citation for leaving the scene of an accident. He's set to be booked next month. Officers say he does not have a criminal record.
The accident happened earlier this month on Henry Haynes Road in South Knox County.
The two 14 year-olds were not seriously hurt.
