A University of Tennessee police officer was involved in an accident with another car Wednesday morning.
The accident was reported around 11:00 am at the intersection of Henley Street and Cumberland Avenue.
University officials say the other driver ran a red light and hit the cruiser driver by Officer Ron Wade. They saw no one was seriously hurt.
