The Knox County Sheriff's office has released the name of the man who died after falling off a ladder on Tuesday.
31-year-old Matthew Shore Haselden of Knoxville was pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives believe Haselden was self-employed.

It happened on Clinchview Lane where the man was working on scaffolding.
Someone found the man unconscious around 1:30 in the afternoon. Rural/Metro responded and declared the man dead on the scene.
Sheriff's office detectives aren't releasing the victim's name until they notify his family.
